The primary purpose of the role is to coordinate with local contractors to ensure a timely completion of remaining developments of the hotel (developments include Spas, additional restaurants and banquet areas). Other roles and duties include:

• Oversees project financial schedules, coordination, safety of the project from conception through close out.
• Works closely with the local contractors to create, update, and distribute the project schedule.
• Oversees document control maintaining project logs, submittals, shop drawings and current plan set. Regularly communicates status reports.
• Works with Pre-Construction, value engineering, constructability, and logistics as needed.
• Coordinates and overseas all construction services and activities with subcontractors and vendors.
• Responsible for all aspects of safety on the job site.
• Manages the closeout phase of projects to oversee punch list management, creation of operations & maintenance packages.

A Site Supervisor oversees the construction activities that take place on the worksite. They are heavily involved in planning, organizing and controlling projects. Construction Supervisors are responsible for supervising the contractors and staff while maintaining a safe work environment.

• A positive attitude toward safety compliance and willingness to encourage co-workers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in general construction/demolition.
• Experience in supervising construction/demolition projects.
• The ability to set priorities/project goals and exercise flexibility where necessary.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, design.
• Experience in supervising construction/demolition projects.
